What we collect

If you’re a creator (account holder):

• Your email address (used for sign-in codes, receipts, and monthly reports).
• The content you put on your page — links, images, bio, socials.
• Billing status from our payment partner (we never see card numbers).

If you visit a SmartLink page:

• When you tap a link we log the link, time, device type (phone/desktop), country and city (from network headers), and the referring page. We do not store your IP address or track you across other websites.
• If the creator added their own analytics pixels (Google, Meta), those tools set cookies under the creator’s and provider’s policies — that tracking is the creator’s, not ours.

If you join a creator’s mailing list:

• Your email/phone is stored for that creator only. We act as a data processor: the creator decides how to use it, and we never sell it or contact you ourselves.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database & auth) and served by Vercel. Emails are sent via Resend. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.

How long we keep it

Account data and page content: until you delete your account. Click analytics: kept so creators can see long-term trends. Mailing-list entries: until the creator or the fan asks for removal.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time — email support@digital-dreaming.app and we’ll act within 30 days. Fans can ask us or the creator to remove their mailing-list entry.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we’ll update this page and the effective date.
