Terms of Service

1. Who we are
SmartLink is operated by Digital Dreaming (“we”, “us”), based in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using a SmartLink page you agree to these terms.
2. The service
SmartLink lets creators build a public link-in-bio page, route visitors to streaming and social platforms, collect fan contact details, and view click analytics. Free accounts include SmartLink branding on their public page; paid (“Pro”) accounts unlock additional features described at purchase.
3. Your content and conduct
You keep all rights to the content you add. You agree not to use SmartLink to:
- link to phishing, malware, scams, or deceptive destinations;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, or anyone’s rights;
- distribute illegal content or target minors with inappropriate material;
- send spam or collect fan data you have no right to collect;
- impersonate another person or artist.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules — immediately and without notice when visitor safety is at risk (e.g. phishing).
4. Billing
Pro is billed monthly or annually through our payment partner. You can cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise. If a payment fails and isn’t resolved, your account returns to the free plan — your page stays up.
5. Fan data you collect
Emails and phone numbers collected through your page belong to your relationship with your fans. You are responsible for using them lawfully (consent, opt-outs). We store them for you and never sell them or contact your fans ourselves.
6. Service quality
SmartLink is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it fast and available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You can delete your account anytime by contacting us. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination your public page is taken down.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
